Refund and Returns Policy


Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges in normal cases.

Non-returnable items:

  • Bras
  • Accessories
  • Giftcards
  • Shapewear


Refunds are only done on orders that have been canceled and paid for in advance. You will need to cancel your order by filling out our CANCELLATION FORM to get a refund on your canceled order.

After review, your refund will be processed, and you will be contacted to provide your bank account information for an online bank transfer. Please understand that this is the only way to get a refund on your purchase. We do not offer cash refunds or store credit.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at fityoutt@gmail.com we will arrange for collection. Please note that your item will need to be inspected for damages or defective features you described.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if your package is already in transit to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
