How to Place a Preorder:

1. Browse our website, select the desired items, and click “Pre-order.”
2. When ready, click “Check Out.”
3. Fill in your contact information, choose delivery or pick-up, select payment method, and click “Place Order.”
4. Receive an email confirmation within 1 minute.

How to Cancel an Order:

• To cancel your order, please submit the Order Cancellation Form below.

Cancellation Costs:

• A 20% cancellation fee applies to pre-orders if already placed. If not, a $1 transaction fee is applicable.

What are Pre-Orders?

• Pre-orders allow you to order in advance of items arriving. They are not usually kept in stock and are ordered on demand.

Pre-Order Arrival Timeframe:

• Pre-orders typically take 2 weeks. Specific timeframes are mentioned in the product descriptions.

Pre-Order Downpayments:

• All pre-orders require a full downpayment.

When Are Preorders Placed?

• Pre-orders are placed on the 1st and last Friday of every month at 10:00 p.m. Your order will be processed if full payment is received by the Thursday before.
